Can I import leads into AutopilotHero?
Yes. Leads can be bulk imported into AutopilotHero using CSV or TXT files. In addition leads can be manually added into the system as well. In general, the system works best with real-time inquiries which can be brought in via: email forwarding, pre-populated lead source integrations, or Zapier.
Does AutopilotHero have a Zapier integration?
Yes! Through Zapier you can connect any lead source into AutopilotHero. As well, you can set up triggers to have an AutopilotHero campaign launch.
Is there a mobile app to manage contact responses?
Yes. AutopilotHero offers a mobile app that will provide alerts when a lead responds to outgoing follow-ups. The mobile app also allows users to reply back to leads in real-time. All communication is sync'd back to the AutopilotHero system so that you can track responses inside the contact record as well as Dashboard Reports.
Is AutopilotHero integrated with any CRMs?
Currently, AutopilotHero has an API integration with a CRM called FollowUpBoss. Leads can be pushed into AutopilotHero and all incoming and outgoing communication is automatically sync'd into the contact record inside of FollowUpBoss. Other CRMs will be added in the future.

How does the Free Trial work?

Will I be able to cancel my subscription?
Yes! Once you log into AutopilotHero you will see a billing section where you can easily cancel your subscription at anytime.
Why would I sign up for a Team Account?
If you operate a Team/Company with sales agents that work as part of your group then a Team Account is the perfect option for you. With a Team Account, each of your team members will be assigned as a Sub-User under your Master Account. All messages (phone, text, emails) will come from that user and they will manage their own communication and responses to leads. The Master Account holder is responsible for the billing on all sub-user accounts, and has the ability to turn on/off sub-users at anytime.

AutopilotHero provides user support through a series of easy to follow video tutorials and step-by-step text and image instructions. The system is very intuitive and simple to use. For additional guidance or specific questions, tech support is offered via email with quick response times.
